News:

Coming up in Episode 208.......it's almost here! After 7 episodes and nearly two months of Doctor Who on Saturday evenings, the final episode of series 7 airs this coming weekend. Join us in the campervan as we review THE NAME OF THE DOCTOR!  My money's on Bruce.....

Feedback always welcome (keep it brief!) at feedback@thedoctorwhopodcast.com - audio feedback under two minutes is prefered and stands a far better chance of making it onto a future DWP.

I'd almost rather have the Keff McCulloch version back.  Almost.

Keff's isn't as bad as some make it out to be & I still love the titles that go with it.  :)

Having said that my favourite theme version is, and will probably always be Peter Howell's.

I think the opening titles and music are growing on me. I would like to have the older one back, but i guess the new series is all about change, so it wouldnt really work

reluctantly...I agree...
I was watching it before and was like, y'know, I guess this isn't as bad as it first seemed....
believe me how much it pains me to admit that. However, I am determined to still find something wrong wit it and I have! That being, it misses out a lot of the theme tune. Like, the best bit. So yeah. :D

I'm still mourning the lack of the Big Giant Floaty Doctor Head, I was hoping Moffat would restore it.

According to the DWP, the music/titles is changing as the season moves on.... I'm hoping that someone with more skills than I would edit together a vid to allow a compare/contrast.

.... and add a big floaty head, whilst they're at it.

I wonder if the production team thought Matt Smith's head looked big and floaty enough attached to his body, let alone superimposed over the time vortex in the titles.

I think this is a combination of wishful thinking and overactive imagination on someone's part; I rewatched most of the season last week, prior to "The Hungry Earth," and saw no difference whatever in the titles.  Didn't take out a ruler or yardstick or anything, but they looked to be the same size in every episode.

I don't see how. They don't have a big floaty head either.

Do you mean the titles before or after Voyage of the Damned?
