I'll take Morbius, but I was being incredibly obtuse and going for Pyramids of Mars - the jar-like boundary markers of the mansion.

As for the diagonal stripe, how about the Governor from Vengenance on Varos?

dang!  I forgot those jars.  I think you were being 'obscure' rather than 'obtuse'.

my clue was designed to be really obscure, because the last one I did was too easy.  I was referring to the diagonal stripe that helped the evil Sensorite disguise himsself.  It fooled everyone despite him having obviously eaten all the Senso-pies.

can't think of any other clues for now..............
