Mainly focused on the Wild West episode, but some shots of a snowy planet and sequences in a cave with a Cleopatra like woman.

So excited! I thought we wouldn't be getting any new footage until closer to the fall. I'm quite happy indeed to get a glimpse of new DW footage when I got up this morning!

ABC iView (The Australian equivalent to the BBC's iPlayer) has uploaded the series 7 trailer to view with the following text:

"Catch a glimpse into the upcoming adventures of our favourite time travelling trio! The first trailer for the new series of Doctor Who (airing in September) is available now!"

I don't expect that it has been confirmed to start in September, but I find it fascinating that they mention a month and not just leave it with 'Coming Soon'.
