Hey, folks! I only recently learned about the DW New Writers Opportunity that Big Finish did in 2010. What an exciting opportunity! As a writer, I would love to have in on this. Has anyone heard if they're ever doing anything like this again?

I tried looking on the Big Finish site to find out, but frankly, the website is so poorly set up, I had trouble finding info about the previous Writers' Opportunity!

Thanks in advance for any info anyone might have.

The team get questions about this all the time on the BF Podcast, and the official line is that they will do one again at some point, but at the moment they don't have anyone to judge it, and it would cost to much to hire someone to. And for all those who say "Ooh, I'll do it for free!", they need to choose the person because they need someone who really understands the way Big Finish want to aim their stories or something.

More answers on the latest edition of the BF Podcast, available now on iTunes. (But TDWP is much better, and also available on iTunes!!
