It’s another episode of the Doctor Who Podcast! Join us for an hour where we hand the mic to our wonderful listeners – yes, this is our much-anticipated feedback episode! Michele and very special guest Mr Chris Mead (The Oodcast and celebrity DWP listener) sift through the oodles (geddit?) of feedback we’ve received since Christmas via Facebook, X, email and DWP carrier pigeon.

Phil and Drew also drop by as neither could resist making predictions for 2024 after hearing how terrible the rest of the team did in Episode 369!!

Keep the feedback coming in, email us at feedback@thedoctorwhopodcast.com, on X or on Facebook. You can also join out Facebook group and join in the conversations our listeners have already started.

Enjoy the show!

WOW! Just two weekends into November and the amount of Doctor Who material is impossible to keep track of! Daleks to the left of me, Cybermen to the right……!

Join James, Phil and Ian as they attempt to cover everything their fragile brains can remember – from the amount of content available on iPlayer quadrupling overnight with the addition of Classic Who, to the wonderful Tales of the TARDIS! Pull up a chair, warm yourself by the fire (made from parts of the 13th Doctor’s TARDIS!) and join us in the Campervan as we struggle contain our excitement.

Enjoy the show!

What’s that?! Two DWPS in one week?! I’m afraid so….

Put the kettle on, pull up a comfy chair and get the fire going (now that summer seems to have departed for good) – and join Phil and James as they sit down and waffle about all things Who. New Doctor Who figurines (or “tat” as Phil calls it), Doctor Who Unleashed, new CDs of scores to Time and the Rani and Revenge of Cybermen – and a natter about Redacted 2 fill the airwaves this time. Be warned though – there are tangents! And more tangents! And tangents to those tangents! And tangents from the planet Tangent!

If that wasn’t enough (it was), the episode rounds off with a discussion about a wonderful little Third Doctor and Brigadier story from Big Finish and Angus Dunican. What more could you possibly ask for? What was that? LESS, you say?! Well, hurrumph!

Do get in touch with us on Twitter (or X), Facebook or by email – and enjoy the show.

Join James and Phil as they get together (after what feels like a suspiciously long time – we suspect a time eddy of some kind) to discuss the news that Season 20 will be the next to receive the blu ray treatment!

Michele and Drew pop up on no fewer than three occasions to review the Sixth Doctor, Mel and (new companion) Hebe box set from Big Finish, Water Worlds.

And not to be outdone, Brent and Ian dial back the clock to the Peter Capaldi’s story, Smile!

All that – and more irreverent Who banter besides – don’t miss it!

Well, that was a surprise! This week saw the announcement that Bonnie Langford will reprise the role of Melanie Bush in the series of Doctor Who alongside Ncuti Gatwa’s 15th Doctor Who! Sadly the news broke too late for us to cover in any great detail, but Phil and James do discuss briefly at the top of the episode.

Michele then joins James to talk about the latest trailer, the titles of the upcoming specials and the latest casting news.

And feedback! We have a brand new Facebook Group (20 years late, we know) so we talk about some of the messages our wonderful listeners have been posting.

Then – it’s soapbox time! James and Michele talk about the Ninth Doctor range from Big Finish Productions. It’s been a while since we had a chinwag about the output from Big Finish without reviewing a specific release. So how has Christopher Eccleston’s return to Doctor Who landed with fans now we have nine box sets?!

Join us later this month for part two of our series, Once and Future Review! Chapter Two is being released on 14 June – our review will be online as soon as possible after that!

Get in touch with the Campervan in the usual ways – feedback@thedoctorwhopodcast.com, on Twitter or via Facebook.

Enjoy the show.

What’s this?! TWO episodes of DWP goodness in as many weeks?! What’s that saying about busses?! Well, never mind about busses, jump on board the DWP Campervan as we celebrate royalty in our own way!

Off the back of our comprehensive (!) Third Doctor Special, Phil, Michele and James travel forward in time to catch up with all things Fourteenth and Fifteenth Doctor-related. Also covered – non-linear cryptic teaser-trailers, Ncuti’s costumes, casting news, photoshoots and possible musical episodes of Doctor Who!

If that wasn’t enough, tune in for an announcement about our coverage of Big Finish‘s 60th Anniversary seven part extravaganza, Once and Future. Yes, you can listen along with us, hear our reviews and let us know what you think over the next seven months or so. Exciting stuff as we get started on the 60th anniversary celebrations already!

Enjoy the show!

It’s lazy days as we mark time while we wait for Doctor Who to return to our screens. Thankfully there seems to be a steady stream of hints about what’s to come. Join Michele, Ian, and Brent as they talk about the speculation reported in the Mirror and elsewhere about potential spin-off series and writers.

Then we turn from the unknown to the known as we discuss the upcoming Ninth Doctor adventures from Big Finish and a new Third Doctor season on Blu-ray. Finally, we look back at a couple of stand-out stories from Big Finish’s erstwhile Monthly Range. Michele and Ian go ’round and ’round with the 2007 release Circular Time and guest reviewer Adam shares his thoughts on 2012’s Protect and Survive, from his very own fallout shelter.

Don’t forget to check out James on Episode 69 of the Who & Company podcast – a must listen for the millions of fans of Dad’s Army and Doctor Who!

Don’t forget, you can get in touch with the Campervan by emailing us at feedback@thedoctorwhopodcast.com, Tweet @thedrwhopodcast or find us on Facebook.

Enjoy the show.

You didn’t think we were going let Christmas come and go without hearing from us, did you?! Join Michele, James, Brent and Drew as they bring you the Christmas Special the BBC decided we could do without!

Have a lovely Christmas and join us in the campervan in the New Year for our regular programme of geeky Whoness, silliness and of course, highly professional and insightful analysis (ahem!) of the show we all love so much!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
